Duchess Blends

After approaching us with their initial concept, we got to work creating a pack that would really stand out without losing its classy feel. We started off with an angled slipcase, as this would best display the contrasting box and slipcase colours without losing functionality. The bold ribbon colour was selected to compliment the colours printed inside the box.

After a sample pack was approved, we were tasked with creating the artwork for 5 different colour schemes, each representing a unique blend of tea. Our in house artwork department was able to position the artwork in a way that would create a seamless pattern on the inside print, which would include the 'wedge', designed to angle the tea bags in a way that would keep them in place when revealed.

As the print quality was paramount, we printed the external covers using spot colours, including a metallic gold spot colour to give a foil effect, and finished with a matt film lamination to protect the print from scratches and scuffs, and giving a high quality feel to the pack.
